WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

HOW DO I ARRANGE AN ACC-FUNDED APPOINTMENT?

If you are interested in ACC subsidised therapy, please book in or contact me to discuss your options. I am an approved ACC Sensitive Claims provider and can assist you with lodging a claim and getting the support you need.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS?

Please contact me regarding split payments and payment plans for psychological assessments. I am happy to arrange a split payment for psychological assessments, however your report will not be released to you until all payments have been received.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, with some exceptions for psychological testing.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I do not accept any insurance plans currently, however I can provide documentation which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

Payment is due at the time of booking. Your appointment will not be confirmed until payment is received. You will receive an email invoice and can pay online via credit card. If no payment is received within 48 hours of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Dr. Chris Neuenfeldt is committed to providing all of his patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Dr. Chris Neuenfeldt offers weekend and evening online appointments to make scheduling easy and to minimise cancellations.


Please notify Dr. Chris Neuenfeldt at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you are unable to provide advance notification, your payment will not be refunded. In the case of ACC funded sessions, you are allotted a certain number of "no show" or late cancellation appointments.

Dr. Chris Neuenfeldt does not provide any crisis services. Please contact 1737 via call or text to speak with a trained counsellor at any time. If you are experiencing an emergency, please ring 111 or go to your nearest emergency department.
